Onboard BizSkype Customers

Onboard BIZSKYPE customers

1: Go to https://www.bizskype.com/new-onboarding for onboarding a Customer. Fill in the info and send.

2: Add the following DNS record with the received unique token received from Bizskype Support. This validates the customer domain for the BIZSKYPE certificate. Update the ticket when the record is in place. New customer domains are added to the certificate every Tuesday and Thursday.

3: When the certificate is approved, the ticket will be updated.

4: Create the customer in the reseller portal https://portal.bizskype.cloud/

5: Create users in BIZSKYPE by adding the filled in BIZSKYPE Import User Template (see attached) to the ticket. Cloudx engineer will respond when all users are imported.

6: Create response/contact groups in the reseller portal https://portal.bizskype.cloud/

7: If IVR and/or Response group workflows needs to be created please use the template attached and add to the ticket.

8: Make sure the PSTN phone numbers are set up by the Telco (new or ported numbers)

9: Test the users with manual int/ext server settings in the Skype for Business client: sip.bizskype.cloud:443 (Download "Bounsky" for easy testing)

10: When everything is tested and the customer is going live make the necessary changes to customer DNS to point to BIZSKYPE. Remember that internal DNS also needs to be updated. See values below:

11: Firewall settings; make sure the following ports in the customers firewall are open.

12: Test logging in with automatic setup in the Skype for business client and test calls to fixed and mobile number.

OFFICE 365 SKYPE FOR BUSINESS ONLINE TO BIZSKYPE MIGRATION
If the customer are using Office 365 Skype for business Online, use the Guide for disabling Skype for business Online in Office 365 document process to finalize the migration to BIZSKYPE. See Attached document.
